Everyone's favorite melodeath Vikings come in next on my list. Amon Amarth has been around for a long time, and yet they have remained amazingly consistent throughout the years. It is extremely hard to pick a favorite album by the band because every album is good. There is so little deviation in the quality between one album to the next. That's not something you can say about that many bands. While it is true that Amon Amarth has been making an effort to become more melodic as time has gone by, it is not incredibly noticeable. Amon Amarth just puts out some damn catchy and epic songs. Every time out. That is a rare and refreshing quality.FAVORITE ALBUM: THE CRUSHER
