It was another busy week at the Metallattorney homestead. I settled two cases that looked as if they were headed to trial, one of which would have been my first jury trial. I also had one case that apparently looks as if it will not settle for anything. My fiancee switched departments at her job, hopefully she will be a little happier there. Other than that, not much going on. The baseball season is mercifully over, bad year for the Red Sox.
