An Announcement Regarding Metallica/Lou Reed

This will be the first album with Metallica's name on it that I definitely will not be picking up. After listening to the song samples, there is no way in hell I can justify spending money on this piece of shit. Metallica has undone all of the good will they built up with Death Magnetic. I'm out.

    I'm going to have to hear a little more before I make up my mind. I've only heard a few seconds of it so far.

    I really try to keep an open mind, but . . . man, I fucking hate "Take a Walk on the Wild Side." I don't really know anything else Lou Reed's done. Why couldn't it be Lou Bega? That at least would be interesting.

    I'd imagine you know that one too. Granted that's with The Velvet Underground rather than solo, but eh, close enough.
